Seldom have I worked with a firm that is so responsive and ready to go out of their way to make things work. My fence just shipped and I am anxious to get underway, but the instructions have me miles ahead in preparation. Mark, with customer service, sets the pace for other firms in quick and excellent help and responses. Needless to say their website, prices and ordering process are the best in terms of clarity and ease of use. I would highly recommend Aluminum Fences Direct to anyone who wants to start their project with the enjoyment that they have a firm that has their back and will stand behind their product. I have experienced the opposite and what a relief to work with AFD.

Used AFD for pool fencing with wood posts. It is gorgeous and was easy to install. Customer service was also excellent!

I highly recommend AFD – A+ product quality and customer service! As someone without any construction experience, I was nervous about installing my first fence but Mark took the time to answer my questions, walk me through the job step-by-step, and ensure that I had the right materials and tools. The written instructions were clear and easy to follow. My commercial grade fencing arrived well-packed and undamaged. Much of my property is sloped but the racking on the panels worked beautifully to follow the slope and AFD was able to custom build an angled gate for me (since gates do not rack). The only issue was 1 gate hinge that I had trouble adjusting and AFD immediately overnighted a replacement to me. Digging the post holes was the most difficult part so consider buying/renting an auger to make the job easier on yourself.

Bought and installed a new AFD fence with excellent results. I did the removal of an old wooden fence and replaced it with an AFD fence myself..
The worksheets provided, accurately generated the bill of materials but I did buy an extra panel and post just incase there were any changes required. I did make one change and used the extra post. The extra panel is a replacement as we have a lot of deer about and they jump the fence – my neighbor has a metal fence also and the deer have bent it up pretty good.
The quality of the fence material was excellent and the instructions provided by the AFD website were easy to follow. There were certainly challenges that I worked thru, like digging post holes by hand – there are lots of roots in the ground as we live on a pecan plantation with lots of old roots underground. Another challenge was installation with everything plum and all this means is that I used a level and made a gage to provide even ground clearance for weed-eating.
The AFD company people were very helpful and knowledgeable. The packaging of the materials arrived on 2 pallets and the materials list matched the materials received. No damage as the packaging was excellent.
I would definitely recommend buying fencing from AFD.

I highly recommend Aluminum Fences Direct if you want a quality aluminum fence at a great price. I purchased commercial grade aluminum fence 8 foot wide sections with heavy duty arched gates. Mark was awesome with helping me with my order and making revisions when needed. Shipping was amazing. They said it would take 3 weeks to ship, but I had the fencing in my driveway within a week and a half after receipt of my payment! My shipment was packed to perfect and neatly stacked on a pallet. I had the fence installed in one long weekend. It definitely adds value to our house and our neighbors have complimented on how good it looks.

Team was super patient with me the whole process of designing, measuring, ordering, delivery, and set up. Even had no problems with replacement of a couple pieces that got damaged in shipping, even though outside of their control. Will be ordering from Aluminum Fences Direct for next customer who wants an aluminum fence after we do their landscape.
