All shipping errors must be brought to our attention within 5 business days. If the error was ours, we will provide you with the correct inventory and cover the cost of shipping the replacement pieces to you and the returned merchandise back to us, if necessary. Any replacement pieces must be shipped back in their original packaging. PLEASE NOTIFY US WITHIN 5 DAYS OF ANY ERROR TO RESOLVE THIS FREE OF CHARGE. AFTER 5 DAYS, CHARGES WILL APPLY.
Returns / Refunds
Due to damages that occur with any returned merchandise, returns and refunds are no longer accepted or offered. Please make sure you want the fence before purchasing … and review the quantities quoted. We do not intentionally try to over sell materials, but sometimes an extra section or two are included depending on various gate positions…. plus, having an extra section for insurance is always a good idea.
Cancellations and Changes
All changes or cancellations on orders made 24 hours after placement of said order, but prior to
shipment are subject to an 15% cancellation fee or 15% change of order fee. Customized merchandise cannot be cancelled after they are manufactured and the invoice price must be paid. Any orders that are cancelled after they are shipped will be treated as a return with an applicable 35% restocking fee applied.
It is the responsibility of the homeowner to ensure that the purchased fence meets local pool code. Aluminum Fences Direct recommends that the customer contact their local municipal authority for pool codes in their area.
Is charged when orders do not qualify for free shipping to a home residence but does include the use of a lift gate. If shipped to a commercial location, a lift gate will not be used.
