A layout change was made during installation and additional components were required and Mark quickly took care of the matter and the additional parts arrived within a week. I purchased a fence from AFD, after months of research comparing different products (wrought iron, chain link, and powder-coated aluminum), I selected to go with a contemporary 48″ black fence from AFD. The main reason, aside from the reviews and quality of the product, was that this was a Christian-based company. I received the highest quality, service, price, and product at Aluminum Fences Direct. I couldn’t be happier with how the results turned out. AFD customer service and sales representatives are top-notch and true masters of their craft. They assisted me throughout the entire process to design, shipping, and installation. They were always responsive and ensured that I had all the necessary parts and materials to ensure that I could do it myself. I have installed a fence (chain link) before, but the service staff walked me through the process. As far as shipping and logistics, AFD covered shipping costs and went with a company that I would not have to pay a lift fee to download the fence off the truck. They delivered to my residence and even put the pallets in my garage while I was waiting on the rest of my materials (concrete, stone, etc) to arrive. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to install a fence and add some curb appeal to their residence. I have received so many compliments from several of my neighbors and some are looking at removing their chain link and looking into getting powder-coated aluminum! Purchased over 200 feet of the Floridian Fencing with about 50 posts and 6 gates for my back yard pool area. Order arrived very quickly. I have a rather complex back yard deck and pool area so it took me about 4 weeks to install. It took time, but I did not find the installation difficult. Ended up making a few changes from my original design and ordered additional components. Follow up order arrived in about 10 days. Really like the magna-latches.

After my new dog got over my ugly old chain-link fence and got herself into trouble, I thought, "Now I have a good excuse to replace that ugly old fence that I hate." I am SO happy I did, and I'm especially happy because Aluminum Fences Direct was the perfect supplier. He was able to customize a "puppy" fence so the lower section was higher than normal, adding extra security for my very non-puppy pet. (I never imagined I could afford anything "custom," but the cost was surprisingly reasonable.) I ordered 100 feet of the Appalachian style, 6 feet high in white, with a row of arrow tops along the top rail and the puppy rail. And it is absolutely gorgeous! I can't believe how it elevated the appearance of my humble house and property — now it looks like an estate! All my neighbors have commented on how beautiful it looks. I highly recommend Aluminum Fences Direct for anyone interested in installing a fence.

We finished our pool project this August. The fence was an important part and we wanted a fence that was well made, durable and also great looking. Aluminum Fences Direct was the answer as they delivered on all of our requirements and the pricing was great too! I performed the installation myself, which was straight forward (except for digging the holes which can be a headache here in New England with all of the rocks). We had some slopes in the yard, but the fence panels racked perfectly. One tip I can offer is that on some holes, if rocks prevent the digging of a hole to its full depth, the posts can be easily cut short, and since you will be setting them in concrete, the shortened posts will still be solid and strong. Great product and great customer support form Mark!

I worked with Mark from Aluminum Fence Direct to fence in the back yard of a 1.25 acre lot. The project encompassed almost 500 feet of fence on terrain that was sloped and included woods in the back. My order actually arrived 3 days early which was a nice. I took time from work thinking that I would need to unload this fence myself from a large truck and lug it to the top of my sloped driveway approximately 75 feet away from the road. Needless to say, I wasn't looking forward to the manual labor. To my surprise, a pickup truck arrives with a trailer and the contents. When I spoke to the young man, he worked for the manufacturer and they deliver fence themselves. The fence was delivered in pristine condition, and the driver and I unloaded it together (He actually did most of the work). The installation of the fence has been very simple and I am pleased with the quality and price. The product is also produced in North Carolina, it is not imported from China. Absolutely no buyers remorse. If you are in the market for a nice powder coated aluminum fence, give Mark a call and you will be thrilled with the product, the price, the delivery and the service. I am a happy customer.

I thought I was getting double-sided gate lock, but I receive a single side gate lock, which was standard. I didnt know the single side gate was the standard, so when I emailed Mark to clarify the confusion, he politely explained the truth but he said he was going to send me a double side for free if I wanted….. and I said sure. and that afternoon, I received an email with the tracking #. wow….

From the moment I sent the request for a quote to having the fence sitting in my garage, my expectations have been far exceeded in every way. First, you responded to my quote request in less than an hour while I had anticipated a 2 day wait. Even though I already had a materials list, you asked for a sketch to double check and be thorough and accurate. I appreciate that. The invoicing and electronic 'intuit' payment was super smooth. The packaging of the fence was top-notch to prevent scratching and damages; a concern that I had. The only way the fence could get scratched or damaged is if it was severely abused by the shipper. I have heard horror stories of fences delivered from Lowe's that were bent and scratched. Which brings me to the delivery. I know you have no control over the carrier, but even the driver was extremely nice. It was an accurate shipment with every item accounted for. The product, Outback Residential, is a really nice, quality aluminum fence. IMO, it's nicer than what is sold at the 'big box' stores. It also saved me $200 over Lowe's' plus it was delivered to my doorstep. I can't say enough good things about you folks. Without a doubt, you are customer focused and have a quality purchasing and fulfillment process in place. The expectations of the companies and products we deal with in this country today have been lowered to a point to where it's refreshing to come across outstanding service like yours. I am most pleased and look forward to getting started on the installation. I have built dozens of custom wood fences of varying designs but this is my first aluminum fence install (and it's for myself!). I will send a pic when I get it complete. I like to take pride in researching all of my purchases in everything I buy. With this thought in mind I came across your company (Aluminum Fences Direct) and reviewed fences available on line. Any number of which more than met my standards of quality for money invested, which can add up very quickly. After picking the fence I was happy with, I went about my normal routine of comparative shopping locally and compared various styles and was very disappointed in quality of the samples observed. One thing that worried me the most was none looked very strong on down loading. I called Aluminum Fences Direct and spoke to Al and was given assurances that their fences were capable of supporting 300lbs.+ between each 6 foot section, which needless to say is very impressive, well I have received the fence and is now installed. I cannot tell you how impressed I am with your fence, the quality is of the highest standard, manufacturing, shipping were prompt and kept informed.
