My overall experience with Aluminum fence was outstanding. Mark was quick in response to any questions I had; everything was delivered on time and it was very easy to install.

I thought I was getting double-sided gate lock, but I receive a single side gate lock, which was standard. I didnt know the single side gate was the standard, so when I emailed Mark to clarify the confusion, he politely explained the truth but he said he was going to send me a double side for free if I wanted….. and I said sure. and that afternoon, I received an email with the tracking #. wow….

Well, if I ever have to do this again, I’ll use this company again.

The fence came out really nice. I had one friend help me and we got it installed in one day (180′). It took us an hour to figure out our plan and it went fast from there on. After comparing quotes from 4 vendors, I selected Aluminum Fences Direct not only because of their having the best price but also Mark’s helpful suggestions on how to manage the design challenges of our 200+ ft project such our steep slopes and the multiple curves around our pool. Their delivery was on-time and the fence is high quality. After purchase and delivery, Mark continued to be a professional and gave me advice on the installation and provided me with videos and practical tips. I don’t write many reviews but in this case, the service and product deserved my positive feedback. It’s only been a week since we installed it, and our neighbors have even come over to visit and thank us for upgrading their view with such a high quality and attractive fence.

We wanted to let everyone know what a positive experience we had with aluminum fences direct. We love our fence, think it is of high quality and it looks great! Mark was excellent with responding to emails and answering questions and with giving us installation help as well when we needed it.
We appreciated that with our fence being so large, the sections could be shipped pre-assembled. This was a huge time saver and made installation much easier also. We did miscalculate a little and when we needed additional materials, they too were shipped promptly.

I just wanted to tell you we just got around to fixing the fence and it went together slick as a whistle just as you told me. It took my son about a half hour from start to finish. I very much appreciate the help and the advice on shipping (in pieces not sections) and the hints on the best way to assemble it. It was nice doing business with you and I will certainly recommend you should an occasion arise.

Mark was extremely helpful, and provided cost comparisons between the residential products and commercial products. I was extremely pleased with the commercial fencing that I chose. It arrived on time and in very good condition, and was very easy to install. Mark provided installation tips for my application, and they were very helpful.

From the moment I sent the request for a quote to having the fence sitting in my garage, my expectations have been far exceeded in every way. First, you responded to my quote request in less than an hour while I had anticipated a 2 day wait. Even though I already had a materials list, you asked for a sketch to double check and be thorough and accurate. I appreciate that. The invoicing and electronic ‘intuit’ payment was super smooth. The packaging of the fence was top-notch to prevent scratching and damages; a concern that I had. The only way the fence could get scratched or damaged is if it was severely abused by the shipper. I have heard horror stories of fences delivered from Lowe’s that were bent and scratched. Which brings me to the delivery. I know you have no control over the carrier, but even the driver was extremely nice. It was an accurate shipment with every item accounted for. The product, Outback Residential, is a really nice, quality aluminum fence. IMO, it’s nicer than what is sold at the ‘big box’ stores. It also saved me $200 over Lowe’s’ plus it was delivered to my doorstep. I can’t say enough good things about you folks. Without a doubt, you are customer focused and have a quality purchasing and fulfillment process in place. The expectations of the companies and products we deal with in this country today have been lowered to a point to where it’s refreshing to come across outstanding service like yours. I am most pleased and look forward to getting started on the installation. I have built dozens of custom wood fences of varying designs but this is my first aluminum fence install (and it’s for myself!). I will send a pic when I get it complete.
