Bought and installed a new AFD fence with excellent results. I did the removal of an old wooden fence and replaced it with an AFD fence myself..
The worksheets provided, accurately generated the bill of materials but I did buy an extra panel and post just incase there were any changes required. I did make one change and used the extra post. The extra panel is a replacement as we have a lot of deer about and they jump the fence – my neighbor has a metal fence also and the deer have bent it up pretty good.
The quality of the fence material was excellent and the instructions provided by the AFD website were easy to follow. There were certainly challenges that I worked thru, like digging post holes by hand – there are lots of roots in the ground as we live on a pecan plantation with lots of old roots underground. Another challenge was installation with everything plum and all this means is that I used a level and made a gage to provide even ground clearance for weed-eating.
The AFD company people were very helpful and knowledgeable. The packaging of the materials arrived on 2 pallets and the materials list matched the materials received. No damage as the packaging was excellent.
I would definitely recommend buying fencing from AFD.
I highly recommend Aluminum Fences Direct if you want a quality aluminum fence at a great price. I purchased commercial grade aluminum fence 8 foot wide sections with heavy duty arched gates. Mark was awesome with helping me with my order and making revisions when needed. Shipping was amazing. They said it would take 3 weeks to ship, but I had the fencing in my driveway within a week and a half after receipt of my payment! My shipment was packed to perfect and neatly stacked on a pallet. I had the fence installed in one long weekend. It definitely adds value to our house and our neighbors have complimented on how good it looks.
Team was super patient with me the whole process of designing, measuring, ordering, delivery, and set up. Even had no problems with replacement of a couple pieces that got damaged in shipping, even though outside of their control. Will be ordering from Aluminum Fences Direct for next customer who wants an aluminum fence after we do their landscape.
Aluminum Fences Direct was phenomenal to work with! They had many more styles and options than any local place around me, and were much more affordable than the local companies. They were super great to work with through the whole process. The process was so easy, I sent a diagram of what we wanted, they calculated what we needed and sent us a quote promptly. Communication was constant and top-notch with Mark from their estimating department. The product shipped early and arrived in great condition. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone I know looking to install an aluminum fence!

Aluminum Fence was great to work with on my pool fence project. Confirmed my layout to make sure I had all that I needed. Helped when I needed product documents for HOA and city approval. Then when I had a change were great in getting additional items confirmed and delivered. Original delivery was super fast! Can’t recommend these people enough!
Great fencing product, great customer service and great pre and post sales support! I installed the fencing myself as a homeowner and this included 15 panels of Sierra as well as 2 – 6’ gates and one 4’ gate. One gate post was damaged in shipping and I did not realize it until right before it was getting too cold to pour concrete and Mark offered to send a replacement as soon as possible. I ended up being able to use it after all as the shipping damage is covered up by the fence post cap. But I appreciated the quick call back and offer to make it right.
No one in my region sold all aluminum fencing and the pricing was comparable to cheaper quality powder coated steel which we all know is higher long-term maintenance with the rust issue. And that included with the cost of shipping. It looks great and my wife loves it.
