We live in Boston, MA and we were concerned that there could be issues with shipping. However, Mark was amazing from the start of the project and till the very end. The fence came on time, installation was great and we were happy with what we got. About 6 months later we had an accident and had to repair a couple sections of the fence and once again we cannot thank AFD enough for his quick response and support. So, for those who are looking for an aluminum fence, we would highly recommend this company.

I purchased a fence from AFD, after months of research comparing different products (wrought iron, chain link, and powder-coated aluminum), I selected to go with a contemporary 48″ black fence from AFD. The main reason, aside from the reviews and quality of the product, was that this was a Christian-based company. I received the highest quality, service, price, and product at Aluminum Fences Direct. I couldn’t be happier with how the results turned out. AFD customer service and sales representatives are top-notch and true masters of their craft. They assisted me throughout the entire process to design, shipping, and installation. They were always responsive and ensured that I had all the necessary parts and materials to ensure that I could do it myself. I have installed a fence (chain link) before, but the service staff walked me through the process. As far as shipping and logistics, AFD covered shipping costs and went with a company that I would not have to pay a lift fee to download the fence off the truck. They delivered to my residence and even put the pallets in my garage while I was waiting on the rest of my materials (concrete, stone, etc) to arrive. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to install a fence and add some curb appeal to their residence. I have received so many compliments from several of my neighbors and some are looking at removing their chain link and looking into getting powder-coated aluminum!
