Great fencing product, great customer service and great pre and post sales support! I installed the fencing myself as a homeowner and this included 15 panels of Sierra as well as 2 – 6’ gates and one 4’ gate. One gate post was damaged in shipping and I did not realize it until right before it was getting too cold to pour concrete and Mark offered to send a replacement as soon as possible. I ended up being able to use it after all as the shipping damage is covered up by the fence post cap. But I appreciated the quick call back and offer to make it right.
No one in my region sold all aluminum fencing and the pricing was comparable to cheaper quality powder coated steel which we all know is higher long-term maintenance with the rust issue. And that included with the cost of shipping. It looks great and my wife loves it.
